All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for products that have been purchased.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product(s)
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pretty Smiles LV is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid order without first contacting Pretty Smiles LV to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of future purchases. We encourage customers to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.
